Overview
Headquartered in Bonn, Germany T-Mobile is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. Currently T-Mobile has the fourth largest wireless network in the United States and it is the sixth largest mobile service provider in the world with over a hundred million subscribers globally.
T-Mobile operates across the United States and throughout Europe and was the first international company to do so.
Pros: If you are already have a phone contract with T-Mobile, you can add a HotSpot plan at a reasonable rate and with no annual commitment.
Cons: Early cancellation can be met with a hefty cancellation fee, up to $200. T-Mobile do not offer a flat fee for roaming on to a partner network or offer any deals international packages. They only offer 8,900 T-Mobile HotSpots in the United States and roaming charges apply on all their partner networks.

Plans: There are a number of Wi-Fi hotpsot plans available from T-Mobile. The Unlimited National plan comes in two flavors. There is the annual version that requires you to sign up for a 12 month contract this is available for $29.99 per month. The Month to Month plan requires no contract and is available for $39.99 per month. These plans both offer unlimited access to all T-Mobile HotSpot locations nationwide. If you are already have a T-Mobile phone contract you can receive the Unlimited National plan for $19.99 per month. T-Mobile also have to short term options available for casual users. You can get a DayPass where you pay $9.99 to get 24 hour access to any national T-Mobile HotSpot. The other option is Pay As You Go that gives you 60 minutes of unlimited Wi-Fi access then charges per minute there after. This option will cost you $6.00 per login for the first 60 minutes and then $0.10 per minute after the 60 minutes. You should be aware that each time you log-in for this service you will charged the full $6.00 regardless if you didn't use up your minutes on the last session.

Roaming Charges: You will have to pay roaming charges when using T-Mobile partners hotspots. The prices vary greatly from location to location. Expect to pay anywhere from $0.07 per minute up to $0.18 per minute. Or for a full days session you can pay up to $6.99 at some locations.
