Overview
Headquartered in Bonn, Germany T-Mobile is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. Currently T-Mobile has the fourth largest wireless network in the United States and it is the sixth largest mobile service provider in the world with over a hundred million subscribers globally.
T-Mobile operates across the United States and throughout Europe and was the first international company to do so.
Pros: If you are already have a phone contract with T-Mobile, you can add a HotSpot plan at a reasonable rate and with no annual commitment.
Cons: Early cancellation can be met with a hefty cancellation fee, up to $200. T-Mobile do not offer a flat fee for roaming on to a partner network or offer any deals international packages. They only offer 8,900 T-Mobile HotSpots in the United States and roaming charges apply on all their partner networks.

Detailed Provider Information
Plans: There are a number of Wi-Fi hotpsot plans available from T-Mobile. For current T-Mobile subscribers there is the T-Mobile Unlimited National plan, which provides unlimited access to T-Mobile's HotSpot Network for an additional $9.99 per month. Customers with Wi-Fi enabled mobile devices can add unlimited Wi-Fi on those devices for $4.99 per month. Non-subscribers can choose from the following plans. The Unlimited National - Annual plan costs $19.99 per month for unlimited Wi-Fi access and requires a one-year commitment. The Unlimited National - Month to Month plan is $29.99 per month for unlimited Wi-Fi access, but requires no contract. A Day Pass costs $5.99 and provides unlimtied Wi-Fi access for 24 hours from the time of first login. Finally, the Pay As You Go plan costs $2.99 for the first 60 minutes of service, whether they are all used or not, and 5 cents per minute thereafter.

Roaming Charges: You will have to pay roaming charges when using T-Mobile partners hotspots. The prices vary greatly from location to location. Expect to pay anywhere from $0.07 per minute up to $0.18 per minute. Or for a full days session you can pay up to $6.99 at some locations.
